IIKON | Terms of Service 
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from IIKON, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and brand names (IIKON) are the exclusive property of this store. Any unauthorized reproduction, "copy-pasting" of our designs, or use of our marketing imagery for commercial purposes will result in immediate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we use high-quality imagery (including DSLR-level detail), we do not warrant that product colors or textures will be 100% identical to what you see on your screen due to varying display settings. All Supima cotton weights and measurements are approximate.
4. Pricing and Payments
 * We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error.
 * For COD (Cash on Delivery), we reserve the right to verify the order via a phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching.
5. Limitation of Liability
IIKON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, repeated RTOs, or abusive behavior toward our support team.
7. Governing Law
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
