Partial Payments & EMI Terms
At IIKON, we offer a flexible 3-instalment payment plan so you can own your piece with ease.
Payment Schedule
| Instalment | Amount | Due Date |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Payment | 50% of order value | At checkout |
| 2nd Payment | 30% of order value | 1st of the following month |
| 3rd Payment | 20% of order value | 1st of the subsequent month |
Payment Window
Each monthly instalment is due on the 1st of the month and must be completed by the 3rd of the same month (3-day window). A payment link will be sent to your registered email address before the due date.
Order Fulfillment
Your order will be reserved and prepared for dispatch once the first instalment (50%) is received. Your order will only be shipped and delivered after full payment is completed.
Cancellation & Refunds
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained after the 2nd payment as the product is considered to have been delivered and subjected to normal wear and tear over the payment period.
- All prior payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or default.
Missed Payments & Default
If payment is not received within the 3-day window (1st–3rd of the month):
- IIKON reserves the right to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law to recover the outstanding amount.
- The customer will be permanently blocked from placing future orders on IIKON.
- All prior payments will be forfeited.
